Add Employee Instructions
1 – Tap on the “Employees” tab at the bottom of the screen to navigate to the Employees view.
2 – To add a new Employee tap on the “+” button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
* Please fill out to the best of your ability. Fields that are marked with a “*” are required. If you do not have the required information, please contact the SME Project Manager. If the input field is not required and you do not have the information then leave blank and inform your project manager of the missing information.
3 – Enter the Employees First Name into the First Name field.
4 – Enter the Employees Last Name into the Last Name field.
5 – Select the Employees Class from the drop down menu in the Class field. If the Class isn’t there you can manually enter your information in the Add or Search bar at the top and tap + Use ‘*****’
6 – Enter the Local Number into the Union Local field.
7 – Enter the Employee’s number in the Phone Number field
8 – Enter the Employee’s email address in the Email field
9 – Enter the Employee’s address in the Street Address, City, State and Zip fields
10 – Enter the Employee’s Birthday in the Birthday field
11 – Tap on the “Camera” icon in the Employee Photo field and use your device to take a headshot photo of the employee or upload a photo from your devices gallery
12 – The remaining fields are for uploading Employee certifications. Tap on the “PDF” icon in the appropriate field to upload certification documents from your device. The last 6 fields are for certifications not currently listed in the app.
13 – When complete tap on “Save” in the bottom right hand corner of the screen
View/Edit Employee Instructions
1 – To select a specific Employee, find their name in the list by scrolling or use the search option(magnifying glass symbol) and tap on the row.
2 – In the next screen you will be able to view the Employee’s info and open any attached certification documents.
3 – To edit/add information to the Employee tap on the “Edit” icon in the bottom right hand corner of the Details screen and follow the appropriate instructions from the Add Employee Instructions.
4 – When complete tap “Save” in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
